  There were a lot of problems with the two that run this Company. On my first day of meeting Ned, I was lied to right away.

  The Safety Issues I've had from the beginning consisted of...
  1. Power Steering Gearbox leaking. I received a warning for that. Ned repeatedly proclaimed that it was repaired only to get me rolling down the road. It was NEVER repaired and always leaking.
  2. Windshield Wiper Motor blowing fuses since the day I started the job. I received a Citation for Speeding. 60 mph in a 45 mph speed zone because I could not see due to the glare and the Sun in my eyes.
  3. The Truck constantly was on REGEN mode. I was told that it must be a sensor. And that's the last I heard of that.
  4. Not related to the equipment was their inability to keep me running.
  Throughout my employment, I was ALWAYS asking for MORE MILES!!! Apparently they don't believe in Preassigned Loads or "Stack a Driver" with 2 to 3 trips to keep on making money.
  They could not comprehend that if their Driver is making money THEY will make money as well.
  
  And when it came down to ABSOLUTELY HATING THIS COMPANY...
  my Stress Level reached its end and I subsequently ended up in Emergency for High Blood Pressure being so high, I was there for 3 days
  
  While I was admitted, Ned held my checks as well as holding my Truck Hostage with all my belongings being held for ransom because I was missing some Log Sheets. With that check he was holding my check for the previous week.
  
  I don't know for sure what motivates him to treat Drivers like this, but I'm willing to guess its a lack of communication skills in the English Language.
  
  Things that have not been returned to me...
  Stryker SR-655HPC CB Radio with Custom Internal Components $487.
  Ranger 198 noise cancelling mic $49.

  2 CB Antennas that cost $59.99 each at Walcott Truck Stop
  A 1 terabyte external hard drive, new $100.
  Sony Surround Sound System $200.
  Safety Vest $30.
  
  None of my statements here are false. I believe that you get what you put into everything you do. And Honesty IS the best Policy. And Companies like this one should be stopped!
  
  I suppose that I could have tolerated the abuse if only they could have kept me making money. I signed up for 3000 miles minimum. 1200 to 1500 miles a week is what I got.
  
  Pathetic!!! Big waste of time!!!
