  As in most cases, lice is an unfortunate surprise, and one extremely stressful to deal with. With two young children, and in school, lice is inevitable. Thankfully, our experience with Lylocks (Vivian) was phenomenal, and she even offered to address the issue in our very own home, and we received same-day treatment. Vivian was extremely friendly and informative. We initially took all the necessary actions to get rid of the problem ourselves, but still had the uncertainty if we had completely addressed the issue. Vivian took her time, helped get rid of the issue, educated us along the way, and restored peace of mind. She even came back to our home a couple days later to do another final checkup, free of charge. I would highly recommend Vivian in that she's extremely professional and personable, but most importantly, she taught us the skills to prevent lice in the future.  If and when we're down this road again (and hopefully not), we'll be sure to use Lylocks for service and peace of mind.
